Dr. Stanley E. Patterson: Descending into Greatness

When you climb the ladder of success the rungs consist of fellow travelers upon whom you have stepped. Dr. Patterson points that successful leaders are those who are able to lift others up rather than self aggrandizement. This lecture was presented in the summer of 2012 at the Andrews University Leadership Conference. Dr. Patterson chairs the Leadership Department of Andrews University Theological Seminary.
